✦Extra✦

✦ Backgrounds are taken as extra; the price is around $2, depending on their complexity.✦ The price of a full scene is heightened as the complexity of it grows. The more detailed, the higher the price.
The starting price is always the price of a full-body (read higher up).✦ Extra character is 100% of the price of the chosen commission.
(Example: If you buy a sketch bust, one character would be $5. So naturally, the second character will also be $5, which makes it $10 in total for two characters. It applies to all commission types.✦ Character sheets, while I can make fully on my own, I would highly appreciate some examples of the clothing you would like for your character to wear (preferably in the form of photos), as I only draw anthro ponies. We can't have them walking around naked, can we?✦ Base edit and its price may vary depending on the type.
In addition, you MUST supply me with a high-quality PNG yourself that I can credit after use. I can't work freely with bases of bad quality.✦ Redesigns I can do, but I'm not the greatest at them. Their prices can be discussed privately in the DM's, and if said redesign doesn't suit your tastes, I will NOT charge you a full price for it. BUT if you still end up not liking it and are unwilling to pay, you are NOT allowed to use said redesign after receiving it. Doing so will result in placing you on my blacklist, as well as an appeal for you to pay for it. Like you can't say you don't like the redesign, not pay for it (as I'm not a monster and understand everyone has different tastes), and then use it. It's obviously just stealing, which is obviously bad.

✦General✦

✦ Write in detail the requirements of the commission.✦ Send pictures of OC's in good quality, with all important details visible. It doesn't have to be whole reference sheets, but keep in mind that well-done showcases can shorten the duration of the whole art process/I won't ask any additional questions while drawing.✦ Nagging commissioners/impatient ones will have the commission fully canceled.✦ I have the right to decline any commission without giving a reason (but I'll try to give them if a situation like that occurs).

✦Progress✦

✦ The commission process will usually take around a week to 2 days. It all depends on how motivated I am. I'm gonna inform you all about it.✦ Keep in mind that I'm still a human and I can get sick or have unexpected health problems, so the process time can increase if this occurs. I will inform you if it happens.✦ You can ask me anytime about the artwork's progress, but I will mostly notify you myself.✦ I will send you WIP's of my progress to you, so I can get your take on the current look and change necessary things. Note that I cannot change anything post-lineart stage. It'll be simply too time-consuming.

✦Payment✦

✦ I prefer for the payment to be made first, but I'm willing to take it after you, as a commissioner would accept the sketch part.✦ Expensive orders (above $60) can be separated into payment plans.
(Example: $30 at the beginning of my art process and the rest after I finish. We can also talk it through. People go through many different life problems, so I am willing to negotiate!) Of course, the finished piece will be sent to you only AFTER I get paid.✦ Payments should be provided in USD only to avoid any problems.
(I accept PLN too). Other types of currency tend to be quite confusing to count. I'd hate to charge someone too much or too little just because of my poor knowledge of one's currency.✦ Payment must be made with PayPal ONLY.

✦ As an artist, I hold the right to all my creations, which are commissions and different types of orders. I don't hold ownership of your OC's.✦ I'm allowed to share results of finished art on social media, portfolios, and use them as work examples with proper credit to you. However, if you do not want your commission to be displayed anywhere, just let me know.✦ As a customer, you are allowed to use my art however you like, except for commercial uses. You can print it, use it as a profile picture, banner, pin, etc. But you can't sell it or take it as your own.✦ My art IS NOT allowed to be run through any AI programs. If such a situation occurs and I get notified of it, I am allowed to call you out on it and blacklist you from buying commissions from me.✦ Credit me as a creator. @CassCass (that is a ToyHouse credit ONLY. If you want to credit me via different social media, I can provide one in our DM'S).

✦Refunds and Cancels✦

✦ I can cancel the commission only if the progress is still in the sketch stage if you so ask.✦ If you do decide to cancel an unpaid commission that is still in the stages of sketching, it won't be a problem to cancel it.✦ I won't refund you if the commission process is in (lineart, coloring, shading...) stages. My time is important, and I won't be able to get it back.✦ I won't refund you for reasons like: -You changed your mind mid-process,
-You don't like it anymore,
-You've found a better/different artist.
Once again, my time is important, and if such a thing happens, I am only willing to change the commission requirements.✦ In case we won't be able to talk it out and you still want your refund in mid-process, I will keep the money (perhaps send you half of the price back depending on the reason) and send you the unfinished commission.✦ If we'll be able to discuss the sudden changes without a problem (you'll simply need your money ASAP because something happened that requires your money to be returned, which is perfectly understandable, and I won't put much fuss about it, so don't be afraid to just say so!), I could refund you partially, depending on what stage my art is at the given moment. But if your situation is dire, I can give you ALL your money back.✦ You've decided the shading I've done isn't likable for you, I can scrap it from the order requirements and will leave it flat colored. I will then refund you the price of the shading itself.
