**Now that I am an adult drawing NSFW has become a tad more comfortable for me, but I am still learning basic anatomy so that's why it's soft NSFW for now (that ofc means I could draw naked bodies but without the private parts showing etc.)

Quick note

• I'd love to draw furries too, but I don't feel confident to offer them as a paid commission yet (In practice state).

Extra

• Backgrounds are taken as extra, the price is around $5 depending on complexity.• The price of a full scene is heightened as complexity grows. The more detailed the bigger the price.
The starting price is always $100.• Extra character is 100% of the price of the chosen commission.
(Example: If you buy sketch bust, the two characters would be $5 + $5 = $10, It applies to all comm. types).• Character sheet
Base edit = $60 (as long as the base is given in the form of a link or creditable PNG).
Anthro | my style = $80 (please provide some examples of what clothes your OC would wear. Pinterest pins are the most appreciated).• Base edit = $40
(as long as the base in the form of a link or creditable PNG is provided)• Redesign = $40
If your satisfaction with the finished product isn’t 100% then the price can be lowered! (Still not the best at redesigns for people, but I'll try doing them the best I can).

T.O.S

General

• Write in detail the requirements of the commission.• Send pictures of OC's in good quality, with all important details visible. It doesn't have to be whole reference sheets, but keep in mind, that well-done showcases can shorten the duration of the whole art process/I won't ask any additional questions while drawing.• Nagging commissioners/impatient ones will have the commission fully canceled.• I have the right to decline any commission without giving a reason (but I'll try to give them if a situation like that occurs).

Progress

• The commission process will usually take around a week to 2 days. It all depends on how motivated I will be, I'm gonna inform you all about it.• Keep in mind, that I'm still a human and I can get sick or have unexpected health problems, so the process time can increase if so occurs. I will inform you if it happens.• You can anytime ask me about the artwork's progress but I will mostly notify you myself.

Payment

• I prefer for the payment to be made first, but I'm willing to take it after you as a commissioner would accept the sketch part.• Expensive orders (above $60) can be separated into payment plans.
(Example: $30 at the beginning of my art process and the rest after I finish. We can also talk it through, people go through many different life problems so I am willing to negotiate!).• Payments should provided in USD only to avoid any problems.

Copyright | Usage

• As an artist I hold a right to all my creations | commissions | different types of orders. I don't hold ownership of your used oc.• I'm allowed to share results on social media, portfolios and use them as work examples.• As a customer you are allowed to use it however you like except for commercial uses. You can print it, use it as pfp's, banners, pins... but you can't sell it as a vendor or take it as your own.• Commissions and other pieces are not allowed for Artificial | AI resources.• Credit me as a creator. @CassCass (that is a ToyHouse credit ONLY. If you want to credit me via different social media I can provide one in our DM'S).

Refund | Cancel

• I can cancel the commission only if the progress is still in Sketch part.• If you decide to cancel an unpaid commission that is still in the stages of sketching, It won't be a problem to cancel it.• If you however decide to cancel a commission that is in the sketching stages, I will be obliged to refund you no matter the reason for cancelation.• I won't refund you if the commission process is in (lineart, coloring, shading...) stages. My time is important and I won't be able to get it back.• I won't refund you for reasons like: -You changed your mind mid-process,
-You don't like it anymore,
-You've found a better/different artist.
Once again, my time is important and if such thing happens I am only willing to change the commission requirements.• In case we won't be able to talk it out and you still would want your refund in mid-process, I will keep the money and send you the unfinished commission.• If we'll be able to discuss the sudden changes without a problem (you'll simply need your money ASAP because something happened that requires your money to be returned) I could refund you partially depending on what stages my art is at the given moment.• You've decided the shading I've done isn't likable for you, I can scrap it from order requirements and will leave it flat colored/change it to a different shading style. I'll refund you just the price per taken-down shading.*
